This is a large pink depression glass compote or comport, made with a diamond pattern. The pattern resembles Westmorelands English Hobnail, however, I havent seen this in the standard reference books. I did see one example online that the person identified as English Hobnail, but Im not sure. There are three seams, so this made with a three part mold. In any case, this is a nice large piece, measuring 6 1/2 across the top of the bowl and with a height of 5. I have seven of these available, price is for one only. All is in very good condition with no noted defect.
This is not common, so a wonderful addition to a depression glass collection, or just very nice tableware!
